In this role you will contribute to the delivery of configuration changes and application support of internal systems. In a fast-paced environment you will work across multiple workstreams including code release cycles, regular ad-hoc configuration deployments and general systems support.

Using your excellent analytical and data management skills, you will support all stages of programme delivery and IT project life-cycles through the ownership of small and medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver change through configuration of applications
  • Colaborating with stakeholders to deliver testing cycles for software releases and change work
  • Investigate faults and deliver solutions - working closely with 3rd party system providers to troubleshoot as required
  • Provide project analysis from initial design, blueprinting and realisation stages and manage the transition to BAU
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular analysis of intrnal workflows
  • Provide regular reporting on systems and work lists 

Skills, Experience & Qualities

Essential

  • Systems configuration, testing and implementation
  • Software development
  • Working within a project and control framework

Preferred

  • SAAS environment
  • Oracle, SQL or XSLT

Qualities

  • Strong analytica and data management skils with an ability to problem-solve
  • Communication with an ability to work with multiple stakeholder and positively manage client relationships
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Proactive, "can do" team attitude
