As the Collections Analyst you will be part of a team supporting customers in arrears, providing advice and negotiating with customers on suitable, affordable and sustainable repayment plans.

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will be managing and controlling arrears cases, handling inbound and outbound collection calls, updating records accurately after each call.  Corresponding via letter, email and text, you will ensure accurate records and performance levels are maintained.

Account management on each agreement is key and you will be updating all relevant customer details and recording contact content, following compliance procedures in respect of collections actively undertaken.

The role will see you accurately complete income and expenditure assessments where appropriate and make decisions to ensure customer affordability on all repayment of solutions whilst adhering to company values and demonstrating compliance to company policies.

We are looking for:

  • Education to Higher or Equivalent Standard
  • Previous experience in collections environment
  • Experience in Motor Finance preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of TCF principles
  • A positive mindset with continuous improvement
  • A strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and communicate well whilst negotiating positive outcomes

This permanent, full time role is based in our state-of-the art offices at Skypark in Glasgow, currently offering hybrid working arrangements.
