The Collections department are looking to appoint a motivated and passionate individual into the role of a Collections Team Leader. The department is fast paced and the role requires an individual who is comfortable multitasking to ensure that month on month the team achieve common goals. As a team leader you will be responsible for ensuring the engagement, coaching and training of your team to deliver excellence all whilst adhering to our compliance and control framework. Due to business demands, this role will involve working weekends and evenings to ensure the team can operate to their full potential, being available to assist with any queries and coaching across the departmental opening hours.

This role is being offered on a 35 hour contract, currently based from your place of residence due to the current climate. This role will require flexibility to cover opening hours between 08:00-20:00 (Monday to Friday) and 09:00-18:00 (Saturday and Sunday).
