Dialler Specialist

We are pleased to introduce a new role to the Risk Analytics team. A role like the Dialler Specialist does not come up very often.

This is a new and exiting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing Risk Analytics team.

You will be responsible for optimising organisation performance in respect of all dialler operations. Working closely with team Heads, you will design and manage SMS/e-mail/call strategies, delivering effective and efficient outcomes. Your responsibilities will extend to IVR management and dynamic call routing to ensure any inbound contact is directed to the relevant skill set.

What does the day to day look like? Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    develop, implement and maintain contact campaigns across different channels to drive inbound contact or customer opportunity to self-cure; 
•    be accountable for outbound campaign enhancements and implementation, ensuring we maximise RPC opportunities;
•    work with Risk Analytics and Business Intelligence to develop and implement contact strategies that will drive business performance and support our customers;
•    maintain analyst apps/scripts and outcomes and roll out to teams. 

Reporting to the Head of Risk Analytics, you will have a working knowledge of both Mitel and Noetica (or similar) telephony and campaign management systems with experience of managing multiple contact channels in a contact centre environment. You will ideally have a technical understanding of Microsoft T-SQL or equivalent and possess a high degree of pc literacy and other Microsoft packages.
