Whilst we work in a very busy environment, we adopt a flexible hybrid working model where our Advisors work from our easily-accessible office a minimum of two days per week. In addition to this, we offer access to a huge range of benefits that you may not find in other Customer Services roles.

What does a day look like?

  • Take ownership of payment queries, establishing resolutions where required.
  • Responsible for the daily control and reconciliation of unallocated payments ensuring these are allocated to our customer accounts within agreed KPIs, including cash postings and refunds.
  • Liaising with internal departments and our finance team to establish resolutions to payment challenges and queries.
  • Control the working of Experian records with regard to keeper changes, ensuring vehicles are protected from being sold out of trust.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current Operational and Compliance policies and guidelines by attending training sessions as required, along with up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes.
  • Handling of daily customer payment activities and allocation of these via our customer management system.

What shifts would I be working?

  • This role will require you to work on a rota basis of five days across seven, working 35 hours per week. The business operating hours are Monday to Friday (8am – 8pm); Saturday and Sunday (9am – 6pm).
