Customer Support Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support function

We currently have two full-time, permanent positions available!

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience throughout the customer journey. Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you will support customers across their motor finance agreement, ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal teams, you will help maintain high service standards while ensuring all processes align with company values, behaviours, and compliance expectations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering a high-quality customer experience at every stage of the journey
  • Managing a range of customer support tasks accurately and within agreed timescales, including:
    • Processing direct debit collections
    • Issuing customer correspondence and regulatory statements
    • Maintaining accurate customer records
    • Providing settlement quotes in line with KPIs
    • Handling queries across multiple channels
  • Supporting customers with early terminations, unwinds, and cancellations in line with FCA regulations
  • Accurately recording all customer interactions on internal systems
  • Managing Credit Reference Agency reporting and meeting submission deadlines
  • Supporting asset registration processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements
  • Keeping up to date with policies, procedures, and regulatory changes
  • Identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver strong customer outcomes
  • Maintaining a positive, proactive approach to team and business objectives
